We had a great experience on Friday. Staff was very friendly and informative. We asked for several suggestions and she was very helpful. Food came out hot and full of flavor. We are already looking forward to going back and trying something new from the menu.

I ordered the Paneer Butter Masala with Butter Naan and it thoroughly enjoyed it. I would definitely eat from here again.

'Honest Indian Restaurant' is a great addition to the Frederick area. The interior is very spacious, clean, and aesthetic - with lots of plant life and art decor. Everything on the menu is vegetarian, most of the items can accommodate Jain & Swaminaryan preference. e tried a variety of dishes - Sev Puri, Papadi Chaat, Bhaji Pav, and Vegetarian Grilled Sandwich, with Mango Lassi & Faaloda to accommodate the entrees. The Bhaji Pav and Papadi Chaat was my favorite. Bhaji Pav is their signature dish, so I had to try it. I suggest you do the Masala Pav (bread), its only $1 more but packs a nice punch with the bhaji. Every bite of the Papadi Chaat & Sev Puri was loaded with flavor - sauce, channa, yogurt, vegetables all hit. As for the Grilled sandwich, it was nice but nothing special. I suggest you go for the Bahubali sandwich, the most popular sandwich on the menu. The price was very reasonable for the quantity you get in each entree, we were sharing. Even then, we ended up taking home 3 of the dishes because it was a lot of food left. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The girl behind the counter explained what items they could do without onion/garlic, and suggested options. I'll def come back here, it was a taste of Mumbai I didn't expect, but loved the experience.

There are very few choices for pure vegetarian Indian restaurants in Maryland. Honest Indian in Frederick is the best Indian fast food I have found in all of DMV area. You can fulfill all your hearts craving. There are lots of choices for Chats and Indo-Chinese food. You order at the counter and pick up the food or it is delivered to your table based on how busy the place is. There is plenty of place inside. Service is Great and food is A-One.

A great place for vegetarians, the ambience is perfect and spacious The people are very receptive and able to accommodate 11 People and delivered tasty food There are plenty of opportunities on the menu and we ordered a variety of dishes Everything is served fresh and hot

I had an OK experience with the takeout. Monchow soup came with noodles added already making the soup thick. Chinese bhel had slightly burnt manchurian pieces Pav bhaji was quite good. Overall fine but the great taste/texture was not there as one would expect from this chain. I have had dine in in this chain at other locations and it was excellent but never a takeout so will give them a benefit of doubt. Ambiance and service were quick for a takeout.
